Great Fax Service
I don't often use fax services - I just needed to send one page that this service made this so easy. Thank you - the next time I need to send another I will make sure and look you up. I highly recommend this service. It's so EASY!

Honest, Reliable, So Easy to use, inexpensive.
Fast easy intuitive inexpensive
Pleasantly surprised how easy that was
Pleasantly surprised how easy that was. No need to login. They say they encrypt your data in transit and at rest, I suppose I'll just have to take their word for it. The price is not bad for somebody who just has to fax a few documents intermittently. Also the ability to check the status of your fax in real time eases your mind that the work is actually getting done. Thanks!
I like the service, but...
I like the service. It's easy to use. I would give them a five but today I got a weird character error that wouldn't clear unless I purchased a cover letter (I was trying to do the "free" option with no cover... Why not fix this as it makes you not look good?

You let me send a single page for free. Thanks! every few months I send a page to the state gov. or my doctor so I don't need a service or a fax number. thanks again
Perfectly Straightforward
Simple, easy, and reasonably priced. It got the job done. If anyone is interested, they use Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 Certified) as their payment processor. The near real-time monitoring of the fax itself is also super useful and well-designed.
perfect and free experience
After a small learning curve
After a small learning curve, it all fell into place. Basically, the only thing I didn't realize was that I needed to respond to authorizion email.
