Slow process... my account rep was helpful but definitely not fast with funding! Got approved on Friday said I would be funded Monday and still nothing and now answer as to when I will get funded. Very frustrating and disappointing.
We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet expectations. We're glad your account representative was helpful but we understand how frustrating funding delays can be, especially after expecting funds on a specific day. Unfortunately, funding timelines can occasionally be affected by the lender's final processing. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve our communication throughout the process.
