My interviewers were splendid! First, they were on time, friendly, and intuitive. All I did was to want to work for or with any of them. Schedules might be spaced far out of your most appropriately immediate dates but that's something I can work with.

First time, a VA hiring experience.

The hiring team are very supportive to queries. They are very responsive and helpful inaddressing concerns. Although it took some retakes for some steps along the way, the hiring experience was very fun and let's you have a grasp of what you are applying for.

Best Interview Experience

The application process went smoothly. The recruitment team made sure I was well informed throughout the process. During the interview, I really enjoyed the conversation—it didn’t feel like a typical interview, unlike my previous experiences. From the initial interview with Ms. Maricar to the final interview with Ms. Chara, it was the best interview experience I’ve ever had. The interviewers were truly amazing; they were the kind of people who genuinely wanted to get to know me.

It was smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions and a user-friendly Team Portal that made browsing and applying for roles easy. Everyone, the staff, including the interviewer, was approachable and helpful, providing guidance throughout the process. One area for improvement would be faster or more consistent follow-ups after interviews to keep applicants informed. But so far it was great!
