We brought on a part time VA through 20four7VA for executive admin support,estimating support which is not an easy role to fill. Construction takeoff means reading structural drawing sets, screening bid packages, and knowing when to stop and ask instead of guessing. I did not expect to find someone who could pick that up quickly. Jose has been excellent. He is technical, he is careful, and he catches things. On a recent bid his screening work flagged an issue that ended up reshaping how we priced the entire job. That is not typical VA work and he handled it like it was. The matching process actually worked. We got someone suited to the role rather than someone filling a seat. Would recommend them without hesitation.

If you are on the fence about hiring remote workers, I highly suggest working with 20four7va. I started with one admin and have expanded to utilizing 3 VA's. The account managers and staff make vetting, hiring, training, and process management easy and streamlined. I am in the construction industry and need the support of a staff to help handle the day to day while I am visiting jobsites and meetings. They truly care about your experience and work around your schedule however chaotic it is. I will continue to hire more from them.

Good experience so far
It's a long process to enter their talent pool but everything is very structured and clear so you're really aware about what to expect. The staff is super friendly, caring and approachable and their response time is usually very fast in comparison to other companies.

The interviewers were great and kind
The interviewers were great and kind. I only had problems with the scheduled date and time of interview. When I choose my interview date, the time is in EST, but the confirmation emails says it's PST. And I only received the confirmation email few hours before the actual time of interview. But to sum it all, 20fourVA is good. I hope to have a client soon.
