In order to move software from one failed computer to a new computer, it turned out that I was required to contact 24/7Techies. Once I got passed to the Installers it went fast and well. My concern was the cost of moving that software; the cost was in addition to and not included with the subscription fee for which I already pay!
Steven managed to find my printer problem which was the driver not being downloaded. He sorted it out and Also explained how it works. I am quite satisfied. Thank you.
