Chlorine is cheaper and just as effective. Shipping was great. Came on time and was packaged well. No breakage. HOWEVER—I am giving a lower review because I believe that after making my purchase with our company, my PayPal debit card was compromised. I have no way of knowing, but after this particular purchase (no other companies involved with this account) I had fraudulent charges attempted on my card. Plus, the name of the company that shows up on my PayPal account for this charge is in Chinese. I am just not too sure I can trust in the safety of your company.

1-star review: Do not shop here. If anything goes wrong with delivery — they will not help you I ordered two items from 3chlorine: 50 lbs of chlorine tablets and a 50 lb bucket of chlorine shock granules. The items shipped separately via FedEx. The tablets arrived on a Thursday as expected. The next day (Friday) I received a notification from 3chlorine claiming the granules had been delivered. They had not. I waited several days in case the package showed up. It never did. I contacted 3chlorine. They were initially responsive, then became increasingly unresponsive as time passed. I tracked the shipment myself on the FedEx website and located the proof-of-delivery photo. FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address — I have no idea where it actually went. I repeatedly informed 3chlorine that the delivery was incorrect, provided the tracking details, and pointed out that they (not me) contracted with FedEx. I asked them to contact FedEx, file a claim, and either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Their response was simply that the product “had been delivered.” I again explained that it was delivered somewhere else, that I never received it, and reiterated the request for a replacement or refund. After that, they stopped responding entirely. This left me short one large, expensive bucket of product with no resolution, no accountability, and no communication from the seller. When a shipping error occurs, 3chlorine appears content to hide behind a “delivered” status rather than work with the carrier they hired or make the customer whole. Prospective and existing customers should understand the risk: if your order is lost, misdelivered, or otherwise goes wrong after it leaves their facility, you may be on your own. Initial contact can be polite; sustained problem-solving is another matter. I will not order from them again.
