When I saw these whimsical little teapots on the website, I fell in love with them and had to have them. I ordered and paid for several of them. After a few weeks, the teapots began arriving. I carefully opened the first box and noticed straight away that the foot was damaged, it was broken. The material used to make these teapots is very thin. The color shown on the website for these is bright and pretty but the ones I received are NOT. The colors are dull and dark and the paint on each teapot looks as though it was splashed on; not a good look. These are TOO pricey, I paid over $161.00. They are ugly, and not worth the price. I am very disappointed with this company's product quality. Online shopping is hit or miss and this one, for this product, was a miss.

I ordered a decorative teapot, and the product that was delivered was a very poor quality, badly painted item that looked nothing like the lovely one in the website photo. Bait and switch, in other words. Their return policy requires you to retain the original packaging (which we didn't) and also to pay return mailing costs.
Their website used stolen images and created a product listing with an item description totally incorrect/fake and different from what we received. SCAM, SCHEME, FRAUDULENT and using major delivery services including United States Postal Service makes their actions absolutely illegal and FELONY CHARGES are possible!
Horrid company! I was scammed out of $70 for 2 teapots for Christmas presents! Don’t order anything from them! They have a 15 day return window, but they drag out responses for weeks, I finally just repacked and spent additional $ to send to return address- sent them tracking info - THEN they responded and said that’s not the right address! We might send you the correct address soon… or just take a 15% off and keep the junky crap. What a terrible waste of $ Hard lesson to learn! I should have ordered 2 lovely hand crafted teapots from Etsy for the same price, with reputable sellers and got what I ordered, not junk that’s not worth the box it was shipped in! Ugh
Do not buy from them!Total scam! I ordered two of the tea pots and got a cheap plastic of some sort. Very small terrible painting. Cheap ! They won’t take back because it costs THEM . IT would cost you way to much to send back. They said they will give me 20% back on my purchase! From china. Do not buy!
The materials and products are miss represented. The return policy is clearly saying perhaps a refund will be provided, perhaps not. Shipping out of country is on you, and even then they do not guarantee they will refund your overplayed money back. Definitely stay away. Unfortunate that I did not read reviews first.
This company's website displays handcrafted ceramic teapots -- but it's a LIE !! what you get is a tiny, cheap, grotesque poured resin figure that bears NO similarity to the pics or description on their website! This is how they operate. It's the bait & switch technique. They promise you one thing & ship you another... and when you get angry, they offer you a portion of your money back if you just keep the item instead of paying to ship it back to them. Of course they can afford to do this!! They've already got $70 from you, will give you back maybe $20 (if you're lucky) & they'll still be ahead with a profit in their pocket because what they shipped you is a cheap fake that cost them maybe $2 SHAME on Paypal for allowing this company to be a member !!

I should have known better but spent $170.00 with this company, waited a while for my order and 4 out of the 5 items were all received broken.
For that amount of money spent I should not have to sit here and GLUE parts back together. So disappointed.
Very disappointed with the seashell Christmas Tree. Doesn't even look like the picture and the switch for the light didn't work.
Wouldn't advise ordering anything from this site.
I ordered a cute CERAMIC sculpted tea pot and after 3 weeks received an ugly smaller plastic blob that barely resembled original, was painted crudely and definitely not a practical teapot. Scam. Beware! Bad return policy, bad customer service. Stay away.
So I ordered 2 wreaths that looked gorgeous and big in pictures. $80 for two with shipping!
Today, I received a piece of junk plastic and way smaller than promised. I also only received one wreath. DO NOT order from this website! It is fake!
Everyone on this review page is right. This company is all out garbage. They should be suited for false advertising. Last words are, this is just your typical fake Chinese bull crap company. All they want to do is screw the US buyers.
Complete scam - what was sent was not what was advertised
I recently ordered this really cool looking wall dragon and what I received is a total joke less than 1/5 the size of what was advertised. They said I can return it to china at my expense.
This place is a total scam. You do not receive what is shown in the picture. You get something way worse. I saw a review of someone saying they bought the "cuckoo clock". I did the same thing. It turned out to be a flat piece of plastic with stuff drawn on it. Every item I received was beyond terrible Do not buy from this website. It is a company out of China who scams you out of your money.
FALSE ADVERTISING! Don’t waste your money! I ordered the nightmare before Christmas cuckoo clock or so I thought. What I actually received was this a 5 inch piece of poorly painted wall art with a hot glued hanging clasp on the back It was NOT a clock AT ALL it did not light up and it did not have a pendulum it was a stone hard piece of hanging art. If you buy anything “ON SALE” they are refusing to return it even though I did not get anything like what I ordered online! SCAM DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered what I thought was a really pretty wreath. When I received it it is really cheap and probably not worth five or $10. I am trying to return it but they want to give me 15% back of the $40 that I spent and they want me to keep it. I find this totally unacceptable I would never ever ever order anything from this company again
