Well it was worth the wait. I bought the perfume for the first time in Sorrento Italy. It did last me 3 years time. I was panicking that I would not find it but determined. Now I know I can get it again without going to Italy for it (even though I will be going back to Italy). Thank you

I have ordered from the company a few times in the past with no issues. I placed a new order on April 12th and never received it. A couple weeks after placing the order, I had not heard anything about shipment so I reached out to customer service. They advised there were some problems with international shipping and advised me that my order would be shipped soon. They provided a date by which the order would ship. That day came and went with no shipment. This happened two more times. I was told that the product had been tendered to the USPS and was given a tracking number. The tracking number never updated and the package never arrived. I eventually just asked for a refund and was provided it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ordering from this company to the lack of proper shipping procedure and lack of transparency to customers.

Apparently they wait until they have a pallet to ship overseas. 5 weeks later and nothing - no tracking either. The company ignored my requests for a refund. I get packages all the time from Univere, Jovoy, Amyris, and perfumers all over the world and never waited longer than a week for a FedEx or DHL package. Spare yourself the headaches and order from a company that uses traditional shipping methods. I will never buy from them again.
Delivery has taken over a month and their reply to my first inquiry said it was stuck at US Customs. Today, I checked the status on USPS and it says “This may be because the TRACKING NUMBER IS INVALID; USPS has not yet received payment; USPS has not yet received the item; the item does not include tracking; or other reasons.” I am trying to email them and their email address is coming back UNDELIVERABLE. Have they gone out of business? Website is still up. I know US Customs has caused substantial delivery delays. Will give them till tomorrow to fix any email issues or send me an update but scam or not, it’s probably not worth the hassle and anxiety.
