Just don’t assume what sales rep tells you is what will actually happen. We are so disappointed with project and after reaching out to 50 Floor for feedback we were ghosted for three weeks- we only had stairs done so will find another company for rest of upstairs.

The 2 installers we had were very hard working and very professional. They paid attention to all details and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all messes and left it as clean or cleaner then when they arrived.
Our sales rep was Carson and he was very good too. All things happened that he said they would and even stopped in the day after to make sure we happy and review their work.
Definitely a happy experience!

I recently had upstairs carpet…
I recently had upstairs carpet installed by 50 Floor and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
The install time was wildly misrepresented. My salesman told me the job would take 3-4 hours. It took over 12 hours, they started at 9:00 am and didn't finish until 10:40 PM. That's not a small miss; that's an entire day I wasn't prepared for.
The salesman disappeared when problems came up.** During the install, a subfloor issue surfaced and I called and texted him for help. He never answered, never called back, and never responded to a single message. Once the sale was closed, the communication stopped completely. He didn’t clearly explain how to prep either. That also took time.
A two-hour delay with no accountability. Midway through, the manager missed my calls and the installer sat idle for two hours, pushing the job even later. When I raised this with the manager afterward, he offered no resolution, no apology, no credit, nothing. The conversation became unprofessional.
To their credit, the installer who did the actual work stayed until the job was done and was professional about it. But the sales process and management response were poor. For a job of this size, I expected honesty about timing and basic customer service when things went wrong. I would not recommend 50 Floor based on this experience.

Gloria was great and worked with us based on our budget. The installation crew was the best. Halfway through the installation our power went out so they could not complete the install. They came back on Monday and finished the job. The installation and the carpet we chose looks great. Will recommend 50 Floor.
