Katie the sale representative was very patient and not pushy. She gave us plenty of time to look at the samples. The day of the installation, the installers were very professional and clean as finished an area. Upon completion, the furniture will put back in place and the floors were swept clean. I will proudly recommend 54 floors to my friends and family.

Never use this company. They are the worst to deal with.
We had a great experience with their salesman. He made many promises that were never kept. They said they would schedule a flooring install before we moved into our new house. Then we got a call saying the floor was delayed. They ended up installing after we moved in. Then the install was done incorrectly. I am now in a dispute with their COO to get them to reinstall correctly. We are being told that we may have them installed in the next two weeks, which would put us well over a month after the promised install date. I HIGHLY suggest anyone find another company to work with. These guys are incompetent, rude and overpriced.

Lionel provided a great experience during the presentation of the price and details when he came over. Then, the installers worked tirelessly and turned in a great result for us with clean beautiful house.
