Great product on the magnetic USB charging cable. Good value on the price. Shipping time frame needs work. The company needs to get a US hub for shipping out. Taking over a month & 1/2 to get things from time of purchase is going to hinder repeat buyers.

I would usually give a good review just for recieving a product at an avg or even below avg time but this phone charger took forever to be delivered, I even almost gave up on it but it finally came & its lousy I dont even use it, it doesnt even fast charge w/ my fast charge adapter, didnt I pay 20-$30 for this? If it could fast charge it might be worth the wait, or should come w/ own fast adapter, wish I knew
If I could give negative stars I would because I recently purchased a product that didn't fit and was not allowed to return it what kind of business doesn't allow you to return a poorly advertised product

Very bad. I buy an item on 13 March, 2020 but until now i haven't received it. And they did not refund my money as well. i will never buy anything from 5econds.
Never received products ordered and still got charged. More than pissed about it!!!

I will never buy from 5econds again. I watched their ad for an awesome tactical flashlight and followed the prompt to buy it, well the junkie flashlight they send you is not the flashlight they show in the ad, classic bait and switch. For about 2 second in the video ad in tiny barely readable letter they show which flashlight that's
actually being tested but then you click the buy button and it takes you to a garbage tiny little weak flashlight. Second item I bought was plantar fasciitis foot support, it's big enough to fit a 15year old kid maybe ! I can barely get it around my ankle and I definitely do not have large or overweight ankles. Ok so the third item is the orthopedic pet bed I bought and paid for and it's been nearly 2 months since I paid and I STILL don't have it, their crappy tracking system still shows it in China ! STAY AWAY FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM 5econds

Order a brace from my ankle don't know how it is because it's been a month and a 1/2 and still have not received my merchandise. Was told shipping would take 3 weeks. It's been 7 weeks. Would never buy anything again from them.
Not ethical and professional. Received a faulty men's trimmer (US$45.99) after 5 weeks. No guarantee and bought same product from Shopee for S$14.70 (US$10.50). It took only 1 week to arrive.
Very, very bad service.
