I made an order a month ago
I made an order a month ago, and then contacted you about the delay. I was told it was on the way last week and I still have not received my order. I understand the postal system can be slow, but to use one month to receive an order is excessive amount of time to receive an order.
Cable could be better.
Cable length is good. Took a little longer to ship, possibly due to covid. The magnet really isn't that strong and disconnects from base pretty easy. Biggest disappointment was the cable took away phones ability to quick charge.
Four month shipping time
The items arrived after a four month wait. Not sure what happened. Might be virus related. I don't know. I installed the items and they work exactly as I had hoped. Because of the long shipping wait, I can't give any more than three stars but at least the items arrived and they are working fine.

it is the most worse experience with my online purchase at 5econds and I will not order anything from them in the rest of my life..... I've ordered 2 mini drone with 5seconds in early March and paid, but I still couldn't get my order until now, and it was few time 5econds sent me emails apologize for the delay, replacement was on the way, etc.

Very bad! Don’t do it. I ordered a cushion for back pain when I was 22 weeks pregnant. It never came and I emailed them about 10 times. They kept saying they had reposted it but this was clearly lies. Once I referred this case to my bank to chase it because I had bought it in my credit card, I finally got it 5 months later, when my baby was already 3 months old. This basically took almost 6 months to come because I didn’t let it drop! Will never buy from them again.

Less than quality
The item I brought didn't do what it said on the tin I tried to return the item and get my money back but you refused so I'm left with a item I can't use and also out of pocket. Your company is the worse.

Bad delivery
It took almost two months to deliver the iPhone charger I paid for. I had ordered a Bluetooth speaker while I was waiting for my charger from eBay and it was delivered in five days. So in general I will never order anything from 5seconds.com again
