My product arrived quickly with no problems but what set them aside was the customer service which was excellent. I received a number of personalised emails from the boss to check that everything was ok. It definitely made me want to use 5econds again.

Wonderful Experience

I am very happy with my orders. I bought separately two iPhone charging cords, and I’m happy to say they work flawlessly and have contributed to the life of my iPhone. I would recommend 5 seconds for their amazing products and kind customer service. Thank you!!

Don't buy from 5econds

I brought the hair trimmer, it doesn’t work at all. They kept telling me they will ship me a replacement while I just want a refund. The product just don't work. I am still waiting for other items ordered more than a month ago. This is a terrible website to shop.

I love the 3-in-1 magnetic phone charger. it works excellent. I ordered another one for my car and I have shown it to lots of other people. Many other great gifts and products on the website. Prices are very reasonable. Easy to navigate. Easy to order. Shipping was prompt.

protective face masks

Ordered some protective face masks, very well made and quite comfortable, took quite a while to arrive, but as these were ordered at the height of the coved emergency only to be expected.

everything with the order went well

Was skeptical at first. I read the review page on their page and found that they are quite legit. Bought my product and received after 2 weeks. Super happy. Covid and riots made things worse but Alex was helpful.
