I love ordering from 613 Originals. The product is always accurate and done so quickly! Transfers are extremely easy to apply and last well. On the rare occasion that I've needed to contact Customer Service, they are quick to respond and resolve issues quickly.

We have been in business for 21 years and have purchased products from 613 that went well . recently we found out 613 has a fulfillment department as well and we needed about 2700 shirts completed. Received some prints that were cracking/falling off the transfer paper. Majority of the transfers didn't adhere well to the products, particularly the ones in full white. We rule out user error because we got the exact same designs in other colors that worked. Asked for a refund for the messed up prints we received and gave photo proof. They didn't want to give a refund because it'd be too difficult for them and only offered a coupon. After some back and forth I asked if they could just reprint them and they did. Didn't want to deal with the customer service again so we decided to take the loss and not ask for refunds for the low quality prints
I recently ordered 2 color varsity transfers for a client's order. The quality was good, the colors were a little different than expected, though that happens with computer screens, it didn't match my PMS chart as closely as I hoped. The customer loved them, though, so that is the important part. Costs, delivery times, etc., were a bit difficult to deduce and I got the transfers later than expected, but at least they were here in time to complete the order. I would purchase these again.
