Venue Changed Last Minute
We attended the event last Sunday (19) that was advertised as part of your Comedy Show series. I received your email asking for feedback, so I wanted to share my experience and offer some comments, when opening the leave feedback link, it took me to a map for directions? When we arrived at the venue, we were met by someone saying that the events was at another address! - we had already taken a taxi to the advertised address & had to walk to the other venue! The details didn’t match what was advertised. The event representatives upon arrival were not organised. The ticket listed the start time as 8:30 p.m., and we arrived at 8:15 to make sure we were on time. However, when we got there, the show had already started! We were seated at the front of the space to the side, almost behind the comedian and unfortunately couldn’t see the comedian properly. After the first act finished we were moved to the very back of the space - I had to go and ask to be moved. I wanted to share this so you’re aware of what happened and can look into it.
