We think the persons name was Hayley. She was a delight. Very informative, respectful , helpful and friendly. The price was great. It’s so nice to talk with someone from the US not a call center outside the US where you can’t understand them. An A+ experience.

Great website and customer service
AARDY has absolutely the best customer service. This time around it was Destiny J who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She did a great job of explaining the various options and answering all of my questions. The AARDY website is very easy to use and presents results in a very understandable manner that sets you up well to speak to Customer Service.

Plans are comprehensive and reasonably priced. Customer service has been nothing short of wonderful every time I've contacted them.

We spoke with Kendall today for options and he was extraordinary . he was patient and very helpful , gave us options and opinions on what would be best for us as this was our 1st time doing insurance on a trip. He is a keeper !

Amanda is the agent assisting us and she was very helpful. This was our first time getting trip insurance and she made sure to explain everything to us so we could understand what we were getting and how to go about filing a claim should the need arise. She was friendly, patient, professional and a true delight to work with.
