slow response on policy info emailed to me.
They put my name twice and did not put my husbands name when i received my conformation. Difficult to email about this. I first attempted to call and they were unable to help and gave me a email address. Also, it stated I would receive my policy info to print within 2 hours and 5 hours later i still have not received anything. My credit card has already been charged.

We confirmed that your policy confirmation, with access to your documents were emailed shortly after your purchase, though it's possible they were filtered into your spam or junk folder. We also understand the concern regarding the traveler names. The duplicate name was entered during the application process, and we're glad we were able to assist by submitting the request to have your husband's name corrected. I have now used AARDY for trip insurance for five trips. The website is very quick and excellent. Everybody I have spoken to is incredibly professional and has answered all of my questions with great patience. I have repeatedly told them that I think the customer service is excellent.. the other day I spoke with Amanda and today I spoke with Kendall P and both exceeded my expectations as many of their colleagues have done in the past. I hate to spend the money to buy the trip insurance, but I must now do and at least AARDY has made it understandable and easy. Thank you thank you for REAL customer service!
