A zipper on a pair of skinny pants I ordered is faulty. The company has ignored my contact via the website and also via two emails. It's pretty poor. I won't order from them again and wouldn't recommend them. There's no excuse for terrible customer service when there are plenty of other companies out there who provide great products and great service. I made a mistake ordering from AB Skinny Pants. I won't make it again.
I love the jeans, fit really well and it’s hard to find skinny jeans for skinny legs, these are near perfect.
I have ordered your skinny pants several times. The last order was not the same quality, did not fit the leg tight (skinny), and were somewhat baggy. In addition the price was much higher than the first orders I made. I LOVED your pants every other time and have recommended to friends who also purchased. I will most likely not buy again and certainly not recommend because the pants were completely different. :(
My order came quickly but size wasn't right. They said I could exchange. Big mistake sending them back- Auspost tracking shows they arrived but haven't heard a word since. They have ignored my emails Cheats.
The jeans were too small. I asked for an exchange….to return to THAILAND at my expense. You’ve got to be joking. Wasn’t going to be an easy process so jeans went to op shop. Disappointed
I’m tall so I would like the choice of 5cm longer please.
It’s so comfortable. I got a size up so that it can be a little loose and I love it.
The size chart is not accurate. I orderd two diffrent sizes to be sure and both did not fit. Trowsers were too short as well (I am 1,70cm) Returns are supposed to be sent to Thailand!! Lost money anyways.
There is no way to return! No packing slip inside the bag and no information on how to return. They just took my money. Never again.
Great pair of jeans! Even if you are unsure of your size, you can't go wrong with these! They fit multiple sizes, they conform to your body type, they look great on and are very comfortable!
the pants look good but very disappointed with the price for the return because they are too small. The return price is more expensive than the pants
I already have several pairs of an skinny pants. They are so comfortable and they arrive really fast after you order them
Great stretch but average quality. Too expensive for quality of the product.
The fabric is so thin that the pockets looks really silly as they look like extra squares of fabric
Jeans were not the quality I expected for the price and didn’t fit. For returns, no where was it mentioned the item would need to be returned to Thailand. The cost of shipping is almost as much as the jeans.
I pulled the jeans up and they ripped. I didn’t even have long nails at the time.
I love these trousers. They fit perfectly, they are super comfortable and stylish.
I sent my jeans back as they didn’t fit and 3 months later I still have not received my refund
