Worst Buying Experience Ever

Worst Buying Experience Ever I purchased 10 storage boxes that were advertised on social media as being "Large" and "Thick." I paid just over $13 per item. However, the products I received were small, flimsy zippered plastic bags that bore little resemblance to the impression given by the advertisement. Similar items can be purchased in many discount stores for no more than a couple of dollars each. Since receiving the goods, I have sent 22 emails requesting the company's return address so that I can return the items and obtain a refund. Each time, I received essentially the same response: they apologized for my dissatisfaction, claimed that returning the goods would be too expensive, and offered a partial refund instead. Their initial offer was $10, which was later increased to $41 after my 18th email. The combination of a misleading product description and the company's refusal to provide a return address or issue a full refund has left me extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise consumers to think carefully before purchasing from this website and to be aware that their consumer rights may not be respected if they wish to return goods if they are not to your satisfaction. Despite my repeated efforts, I have been unable to resolve this matter with the company.
