Customer service that goes the extra mile I was contacted by the owner to resolve my issue
USPS change their HazMat shipping policy which took effect on the day my order was to ship I was not happy even though I knew it was out of Absolutes control. I send an email to them saying I was not happy The owner of the company gave me a personal call to go over the situation and what he was going to do Seriously what company would do that anymore Everything has been outsourced so you are talking to India where English is their second language I am beyond impressed with Absolute’s business model. I ran a business for years and don’t think I did that except on rare occasions for a big customers
