If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought a “sweatshirt” for my son for Christmas. It took 27 days for it to arrive (they state 10-20 days for shipping) which meant it arrived 4 days after Christmas. It’s not sweatshirt material, it’s a cheap polyester material with the “patchwork “ printed. Lastly, it’s too small for my son. I’ve been trying to deal with them in good faith for a return, but they only offer $5 for a $46 “sweatshirt”.
Abstracc steals screenshots of legitimate small brands from social media and sells the designs shoddily screen printed in China on cheap polyester sweaters. What you receive is the image of the project you wanted printed on a cheap sweater. You can find many images of pieces made by JackSews and other online designers stolen on Abstracc’s site.
