Good program

There is a god progression in the program and I find it useful. The coach is knowledgeable and personable, I like working with her. I have been in it almost six months and I think I am making progress. People don't ask me to repeat myself, although they still notice an accent.

My experience with Accent Advisor was bad

My experience with Accent Advisor was unfortunately disappointing. The advisor I was paired with lacked professionalism and patience, which is especially concerning for a service designed to help people improve their pronunciation. Whenever I struggled to pronounce something correctly, the advisor's reaction was visibly negative — the opposite of the encouragement you'd expect from a language coach. This made the sessions feel stressful rather than supportive, and it discouraged me from practicing freely. Additionally, when I needed to skip a scheduled session, the advisor became pushy and pressured me to reschedule rather than simply respecting my decision. That kind of behavior crosses a professional boundary and felt uncomfortable. A service like this should foster a safe, patient, and non-judgmental environment for learners. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had. I would not recommend Accent Advisor based on my time with the platform.
