Course is good, Technical support poor
The course itself is good. However, technical support is poor. I sent several correspondences via email and phone. I spoke to Angela about not being able to download certificates. She didn’t seem to understand my request and wanted to send another email. She seemed annoyed by my request to send it another way (fax/email pic). It’s been almost 14 days and I haven’t received either certificates by mail. Angela also told me she would call to find out if the certificates were returned or mailed to the wrong address. I’m still waiting for a response as I need this info for reappointment.
