I have been an Active You customer for several years. I can assure the concept works well with my body because when I do not take it, like forgot to take it on vacation, I suffer from intestinal and bowel movement issues. I drink Morning Complete and Evening Complete and take Lean and Active capsules. These products have helped me stabilize my weight and aid my inflammatory system completing elimination of some poor good choices. I avoid gluten along with these supplements and feel better when I have them on board. They really work!

Works as advertised

This product has proven to be the only supplement that has made my bowel movements regular. If I stop adding this powder to my smoothie, I go back to not going for 3 days at a time with severe constipation. I also love it’s a powder not a pill/capsule. Apple Cinnamon Morning Complete is All I Needed

I've been using Apple Cinnamon Morning Complete for a few years now. This product helps prepare my digestive system to receive and digest food a lot better. I have lots of digestive issues that leave my stomach distended, uncomfortable, and unable to digest some of the most critical nutrients from the foods I eat. This product provides my body with critical elements for my nutrition, it helps me digest better, my stomach size is significantly reduced, and just as importantly, it leaves me feeling well and energetic. I only wish Activated You would reduce sweetening its products a little more, for not only am I not able to digest sugars -even natural sugars from fruit- but it is one of the culprits for my distention; though it has been significantly reduced in size and occurrence. Sugar content and price keep me from taking it everyday, but even with a gap between servings, the benefits and protection this product offers me is lasting. I have been telling family and friends about this product, and anyone whom I find that can benefit from it. It's definitely my favorite product and flavor.

Great product and real results

I've been using morning complete for over a year. For the first time in a very long I am having good reports from doctor on my blood work. I am know longer having problems with constipation, bloating and gas. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve their overall health.

3 Years Taking Morning Complete

I've been taking Morning Complete for over 3 years now so I don't really see any difference with my digestion. The only flavour that I like is the Apple Cinnamon I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I'm in Canada so the exchange and shipping makes the product very costly

Great! I really enjoy morning complete but the product arrived to me had a very old manufacturer date. I contacted the company and they sent me a new jar. The product is good for at least 18 months.

I have been using this product for over 3 years now. I knew once my husband passed away I would not be eating like I normally did so I thought I would include this in my diet. I take it every morning with my flaxseed and chia seeds and Metamucil. I will probably take it for the rest of my life.

I have been fraud by activate you

@activateyou I have been fraud by activate you , I have not order the ActivatedYou Essential Skin Food, but 6 units has been order and I don’t know who order it. I have emailed support a million times but no answer, what should I do.

I wont be using Morning Complete again!

I've been using Morning Complete for some time and have been satisfied up to now. However, on 5/28, I received my latest order of 12 jars with a manufacture date of April 2025. The date seemed older than usual. I looked online to find the recommended shelf life and found information stating anywhere from 12 to 18 months from the manufacture date. I had my husband call your customer service number and Dasia confirmed the 18 month shelf life. Since 7 of the jars would be beyond the expiration date by the time I used them, he asked for a replacement. She said call back in 5 months and you would replace the remaining jars. My husband asked for an email or letter documenting what she said and she refused. So he asked for a refund. Making me mail back 12 jars at my expense to get a refund because you sent me old jars is disappointing and just plain poor customer service. I will not be using any of your products going forward

The mixed berry tastes good and my gut feels better when I drink it. It seems to delay hunger and help curb my sweet tooth . Which is a big win for me. Also fiber regulates my system as well.

Great Product

I have been using it for a couple of years and share it with my two sisters who say it has really helped their digestive system. It also gives you energy and lifts you up not only physically but lifts your mood.

Helped me with my stomach and bowel issues

I have had a lifelong issue with my stomach and bowels. Since using Morning Complete i have noticeda difference in both. I no longer rely on antacids or fiber supplements; both of wich require daily multiple uses. Morning Complete is so easy one scoop in the morning in the drink of my choosing and I'm set. I have even shared some with a cousin and she has thanked me so much and will be ordering her own from now on. For me it is a blessin. I it has even curbed cravings and I'm noticing weight loss. Ordering was easy and I am always telling people about it. I highly recommend Activated You Morning Complete.

I’ve used this product multiple times …

I’ve used this product multiple times but This is the second time that this has happened after using this product that I would get a sharp pain in my pancreas. And my hair started to fall out. But then again when I lived where it was colder didn’t have any problems using this product. Not sure why the product is affecting me differently when I’m living in the heat. So that’s why I’m returning it because the pain started in again.. I thought the first time was a fluke, but after three days of using it, the pain came back. And i have not used it in over a year so i figured why not it another shot. But no can do. Unfortunately.! Not sure it If you change the formula or what you did it just doesn’t feel the same anymore and it also doesn’t dissolve as quickly and easily as it used to. The taste has definitely changed . unfortunately, I will not be getting this product again anytime soon.😞 i’m sorry that is not a glowing view.

I took these for 3 months with absolutely zero effect or benefit. I really wanted to believe in it. I think it's funny how bombarded you get with advertisement for these on social media until you buy them. Then, everything goes radio silent. It was a total waste of money.

quantity not worth it

Just know if you get this product, please don't expect to get a full jar. It will be half-filled and I'm not exaggerating. For the money that you pay for this product I don't think it's worth it. It seems like everybody is trying to get over. You paying more and getting less.
