Paid for a pink cross-body bag, which took over 8 weeks to get, and it was the wrong colour...a medium brown one. It also smelled awful. When I emailed their company, they offered me a $7 refund for my $40 purchase! Total crap and a scam of a company.

Absolute scammers - I clicked on an Instagram reel to purchase a yellow, leather koala bag with magnetic closure. Received a brown zip vinyl crap thing. Customer service is refusing to refund or send me address for return. Don’t touch them and if you accidentally order like I did - cancel immediately and report them.
I would rate them zero stars and would probably call it a fraud . What was sent was nothing like what I ordered and they try to pass of a usd 5 compensation . What was sent to me cost less than 5 bucks faux leather sling bag vs a full leather sling bag . Do not buy anything from them
This company used a picture of a bag from a well known leather bag company - the description was leather koala sling bag, premium leather. Magnetic closure. What was sent was a nasty plastic zipped half moon bag zipped closure that cost all of £1.50 to make, yet I was charge £36. I have requested a full refund but I have yet to hear from them.
Ordered a leather crossbody bag. My order arrived in a decent timeframe so no grumbles there but the bag was NOTHING like the one I ordered. Definitely not leather, not the same colour, not the same closure at the top, looked nothing like the picture. I received a very nasty, cheap looking plastic bag in a horrible colour with a horrible smell. Customer service refunded me a pathetic $9 for a $75 purchase. I would not recommend this company at all.
Shit company been 3 months no package delivered will not give me a refund
I haven't received product over a month. I requested a refund, but they keep asking me to correct the address even though there's nothing wrong about it, and not answering to the question that why I cannot see tracking number in any other site except the parcel status site they provided.
