I am soooo very pleased with the dress i ordered. It was exactly as the picture not made from your typical cheap material. I was very sceptical ordering my dress online but this company is legit! I had made a mistake after placing order choosing the wrong colour, after emailing them back hours after placing order asking if they could please correct colour i was shocked to have had such a prompt response advising it was fine for them to do that. Delivery was fast. Dress was as picture. Customer service was fantastic! Response time on point. All in all i am a very satisfied customer :-) definately recommend to others.
Found my dream wedding dress thru this site, was skeptical to order online as I had just weeks before thru another site and the dress that showed was nothing like it was pictured. I placed my order with adoring dress anyways, and I am so glad I did. Fast delievery, I knew as soon as the dress came in by how heavy the package was that it was legit. The dress I ordered is exactly as pictured online, just stunningly made. The dress did hAve one small black stain on it when it arrived, I contacted the company and within hours had a response from them. Gave me suggestions to clean it myself, refunded me 20% automatically and said I could send it back for a new one if need be. Using their suggested cleaning method the spot totally disappeared with 0 noticablity on the dress. A dry cleaner wanted to charge me well over 100 bucks to clean it! In all, they're an amazing company true to what they show online. I will forever be a loyal customer to them!
I have only recently started buying things online and bought two dresses from another website that were very wrong and I was put off. I took a chance on Adoring Dress and gave it a go and I am SO happy with the results! The dress is very well made and fits perfectly to the measurements it specifies! I have ordered 3 more dresses for my bridesmaids now and I can't wait to receive them. I was also very impressed with the delivery time it was just over 2 weeks from ordering and it was at my door with great customer service from the courier. I would have no hesitation buying from Adoring Dress again and highly recommend their services. Thank you Adoring Dress for making part of my wedding planning so enjoyable! One big stress of my shoulders. And I appreciate how much the dresses would have cost to be locally made to that quality, so I am very happy. You are not the "cheapest" online dress shop but this is a good thing because it is balanced by the quality of the product you receive! :)
I receive my dress yesterday. The dress looks nice except in the front I have an unfinished part of about 1/2 inch. I sent an email to customer service their response was "glad you like the dress, please let a positive review". Not happy about this!

Excellent quality, materials, measures, the color was the same as expected, high couture dresses.
We paid delivery to Mexico and it took around 3 weeks to have the dresses, good timing. Of course I will buy again and I highly recommend Adoring Dress.

Let me start by saying...my dress is BEYOND STUNNING!!! And the PRICE!! I'm sorry, I couldn't imagine how much a dress like mine would cost at like David's Bridal or something. CRAZY!! You just can not beat it! I can not wait to wear it on the "Big Day". No lets get down to the nitty gritty. I am no liar and I always speak from the heart, so I will say this, I ordered my dress and everything went as smooth as it could be and the timing was longer than expected. I requested...last minute, to have the length of my dress altered, to which they were extremely helpful in trying to make that happen for me. Unfortunately you HAVE to make sure to put your measurements at the time of your order, otherwise 9 times out of 10 they will not be able to change much after your order has been placed, so that sucks yes but not their fault what so ever. However, I feel if they had more time, they definitely would have been able to make the alterations to my dress, but with it being so close to the date, they made it a point to make sure I got the dress in time, which obviously was the right choice on their part. They responded to EVERY email which I appreciated so so much. Again like I said they were helpful, courteous, and above all humble from the time of order to ever after I received my dress. On Point! When I received my dress, I was just taken back by the beauty and detail placed in the phenomenal dress. As I discussed before, the length was long, about 9 inches too long, and I emailed them back, per their request, to let them know about the length and they immediately contacted me for a partial refund for the trouble and to hopefully cover the costs to alter my dress. It was a pleasure working with Adoring Dress to make my upcoming big day possible. Speaking on Mistakes...they WILL happen, it's life, but we as humans and life is not made to be perfect, but we learn from our mistakes to make other situations better and you guys will only get better. I want to thank everyone from Adoring Dress for all that you have done for me and keep up the good work.

i ordered my prom dress months ago and i still havent gotten it. i have emailed and tried to call but no response what so ever. Everytime i go in to check on my order it hasnt even changed since i first ordered the dress. This is ridiculous!!! i cant go to prom now because i have no dress to wear.

Buyer Beware! They don't respond to calls or emails!!” - Adding my two cents here to all the other terrible reviews! Your wedding day/special event should be as stress free as possible. Avoid the stress and tempting cheap prices, and buy elsewhere. I ordered bridesmaid dresses and after a few days I logged in to check the status only to find two of the comments I had placed on dresses were inverted. Considering I have screen shots of my of original order, I know this is an issue on their end. I proceeded to call and email several times. I also posted on their Facebook. I finally got a generic response on their Facebook to private message them which I did. Never received another response. Then few days received a generic response email about order in process. No idea what I will get in mail but I will dispute charges if incorrect! Not to mention company is in China so no US BBB recourse.

Website with very affordable dresses has the best talents
I have this penchant for little black dresses. My latest collection I bought from adoring dress website. I have been doing online shopping for months now and I have my share of delights and disappointments. Adoring dress is one of my delights. Fab dress for less price! Unlike my amazon purchases that sell cheap and low-quality. The beads fall off easily or the stitches did not pass quality control because they loosen with wear.
My pretty little black dress looks like it was created by a designer brand. It only shows that adoring dress got the best talents to create their dresses. Very affordable too!
