Great customer service, they had the old obsolete air compressor I needed. It did show up with a cracked oil return line port though. No other cores available had to jb weld it in order to put it in service
we part we received was not the part ordered and we had to have Freightliner install the correct part.
Great service. Prompt response and even took the product back when I ordered the wrong part. They worked with me on a double return when I had inadvertently ordered a part twice.
Excellent Service! I needed a particular part, however the part I received was incorrect. I contacted ATP and Adam was patient and corrected the matter in no time. Adam communicated with me through the entire process and I received the correct part within a blink of a eye. I will continue to do business with Advanced Truck Part and I reccommend them to anyone who appreciates Quality service and equipment.
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DELIVERED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED.
The customer service is excellent: good communication, responsive, and very friendly. I purchased a hight control valve but it turned out to be a wrong parts. The return label was issued quickly and it was very satisfying transaction. Will purchase from this company again.

Very good communication, fast shipping. Just waiting to have it installed next week. Very good pricing for a very expensive OEM product.
Pricing was good, came real fast . order looked as what was pictured.
AAA+++ Great seller
THE PART WAS SHIPPED OUT RIGHT AWAY AND IT WORKED JUST FINE...CANT ASK FOR MORE.
Quick shipment, no hassle for an international order, fast payment process, clear price breakdown.
Great product. Price and shipping
Needed a part for the Cummins recon motor on the dump truck and they had it and got it in great condition and on time. Had to order another part the other day on the 4th . Had to get a new air compressor for the truck and ordering went just fine. I paid the fee for next day air but didn't get it and it won't be here till the 7th, sure it is not how I ordered it but things happen. Here is why I will continue to do my business here at truckparts.com, I called and let them know I didn't get it next day as I paid for and without hesitation they refunded the fee immediately for the next day air fee without issues. I am very satisfied with customer service. Keep up the great work y'all and I am definitely coming back when I need more parts.
So far so good. Have bought one part from here and just bought another. Received first order in time and great packaging. That is why I am returning for this purchase. Thanks
customer service was great. Having an obsolete part available was a big plus
