Everything went well from beginning to the end. Met with owner, Jason to verify where the sign will be placed. He showed me an example of what the sign would look like. Installer guy was great- polite, efficient and knew what he was doing.

They did such a wonderful job on my signs
They did such a wonderful job on my interior & exterior sign! They were very kind, especially when my original sign was denied by my landlord. They remade part of it to fit the specifications, and shipped it out promptly. I would highly recommend using them!

TOTAL 5 star review for these folks. First and foremost, the ordering process was simple, and they helped me determine sizing based on photos and dimensions of my office. Customer service was impeccable, and I never say that lightly. We had a small issue with the diagram for drilling, and these guys made it 110% right. I can’t thank them enough, and I will use them for every new location of my business.

Perfect Transaction Start To Finish
Excellent product that still looks and works great roughly two years later. But the most impressive element of my transaction was the customer service....I had an idea of what I wanted but they took my idea and shaped it into something that fit my space even better than my original idea. Each rendering was clear and delivered quickly as we worked towards the end product. Price and shipping time were both reasonable. And I feel supported, so that if an issue ever came up and I needed parts or service, they would be here to assist. This was a very important purchase for my business and it couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend and I anticipate buying more signage in the future.

All in all we had a good of experience…
All in all we had a good of experience with AFCultures USA. Our only complaint was a few minor blemishes with the placing of the LED lights…there were two light units that were visible. Other than that everything was great.

Regarding the visible LED units, as we previously explained, for designs that include smaller or more intricate details, we need to install compact LED strips within those areas to ensure the lighting is even and fully illuminated. Because of this, some minor connecting wires or light units may be slightly visible, and unfortunately, this is quite difficult to completely avoid with this type of design. That said, we sincerely apologize that this detail affected your experience, even in a small way.
