We had a very last minute need for 100 custom-designed buttons. I completed the design and submitted the order at approximately 3pm on Thursday and needed the order delivered across the country before Saturday evening. Much to my pleasant surprise, the order was delivered before 11am on Friday...less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Affordable Buttons.

PAid for overnight shipping to receive button in time for event at 6pm the next day and was assured it would happen. Called the company the next day when they were not here by 4 and was told there was a miscommunication. Buttons arrived a day late.
Laura, I am sorry that you didn't get your package on the 10th. The original delivery date selected by you for your order when the order was originally placed was the 15th. It looks like you called in on the 9th to change your delivery date to the 10th and expedite it with priority overnight. We had a new customer service person that didn't realize that the order had already left our facility at the time you requested a delivery date change. I apologize. We take delivery dates very seriously and that is why we have such a stellar reputation. I wan you to know that you were never charged for the priority next day air. Thanks for the feedback it will help us stress in training the importance of customer reps checking if an order is still in house prior to saying "yes, we can change your ship method and delivery date." Great product, efficient and timely production
Absolutely professional organization. I am amazed at how quickly the buttons came. I paid for expediting the order. And I received everything a day early! Buttons were perfect. We added 1st, 2nd & 3rd place ribbons. We used to make these buttons ourselves flowers because of our manual machine. I would recommend you to anyone.

Have used Affordable Buttons many times, they have always matched or exceeded the delivery times and the product is always up to my standards. Recently I needed to repeat an order with a new shipping address and they handled it over the phone without a glitch. I enjoy working with this company.
We ordered 300 buttons and the contact person we worked with was friendly and the order was processed in a timely manner. The buttons looked great! We did have a couple buttons that needed to be remade because of quality issues and that process was not as efficient and the buttons needed to be remade a couple times before they were correct. That part of the process was frustrating.
