Did not know how to cancel a plan due to expire 2/17/25. Last week I submitted a ticket and I received no response. I attemped to call several times and I could not reach anyone. Staff were friendly/ helpful provided me tips on to navigate the portal and dashboard for my listing. Portal is very user-friendly! Kemar the rep was attentive.
Kamar was very friendly and polite when providing all the necessary information about the website. He also mentioned that in order to be able to text or call the prospects you can pay for a membership that will grant access however he did not try to aggressively solicit or talk me into purchasing it.
