Yes, I have received my bags. I was really worried because 1 of the bags was a gift for a dear cousin. Now that I have received both bags (the other one is for me, of course) I am so very excited. The pictures outside the bags are simply beautiful. The workmanship is excellently done. Thank you!
I love my new handbag and wallets. They are incredibly beautiful and I look forward to wearing them for the first time. I am currently wearing my last purchase of Imani Pomegranate with the matching large wallet and the makeup pouch. I don’t have any real complaints but I would suggest that you improve the zipper on the makeup pouch. It gets wonky when unfilled and it’s not smooth and curves outward.

The bags I received were beautiful I can’t dispute that . Quality is where I have frustration. Within a month and a half of owing one bag and using it 4 times I had a failure in the hardware. I tried using their live chat to no avail several times. I was finally able to get in touch with someone via email. When I contacted them they told me it was after their window. For a bag that retails (on their site) for over $120 that is unacceptable. Their answer was for me to pay shipping ($9.99) and a portion of the price ($10) and they would send a new bag. I asked for replacement piece for the failed part as I did not want to have to pay more for a gift that my kids got me. Their response was to offer me a $25 credit. They said they do not stock the individual hardware. I would not purchase from them in the future. The quality does not align with the price tag attached the the product.
