I love my handbag
I love my handbag. It’s roomy and everything I expected. The matching wallet completes the look. I receive compliments every where I go, even from men. I was hurt that it arrive in a plastic bag and the UPS driver just toss it at my front door. Luckily I was already sitting downstairs when I heard the thump at the door. Anyway, I know this bag will last me for years. The thick leather makes the quality perfect. I can’t wait for my new bag to arrive now. Please continue to make good quality products so I will become a long lasting customer. Thanks for my perfect bag.
Long return process.
Bags are beauty store quality. If you request a refund you pay for shipping the items back which cost about $30-$40 for two bags. You also have to send a ton of photos and they want the packaging returned with the items. They take a long time to review the return and process it. They are not forthcoming with email updates. You will have to keep emailing them. We did successful get a refund but it took a month of back and forth. Products are as described though.

There are always good deals on your website. There is never a time that I have been disappointed in your products. Your shipping is great. I start my Christmas between the months of May- August because that is when I get the best deals. Thank you for these purses, my God-daughter and I love them. My item arrived in a timely manner. It is beautiful! The color is so rich and the leather is so soft; a quality piece. The design is adorable -- she is unquestionable beauty. Iam already carrying my bag and getting many compliments. Iam sooooo glad that they have begun putting the name on the bag. That was a great decision and one I've always wondered why they didn't do before. My earlier bags lack that tag. My only wish would be that my backpack was a smidge larger, just a smidge, so that I could fit more items into it.
