AgelessRX - Not trustworthy
Do not trust this company. I ordered a product which is supposed to stay below room temperature. The product took 2 days to ship and when it arrived all ice packs had thawed and were warm to the touch. Temperature of the ice packs and all 3 vials were 97 degrees Fahrenheit. Contacted support. They blew it off and said it would be fine to take. I took the product for over 2 weeks with no results. These people refuse to send replacment or issue a refund. Not impressed. UPDATE: Just spoke to the manufacturer of the product and they heavily recommend NOT taking the product since it took 2 days to arrive and temperature was 97 degrees upon receipt. They, the manufacturer, are next day-airing new product which I am thankful for. Meantime still no word back from AgelessRX.

Great customer service reliable delivery and source. Delivered refrigerated. I made the mistake of trying NAD fron RnK health, they are horrible took my money never got the order until I called for a refund. Still with Ageless RX a little pricey though

Very easy transaction process. I like how easy it was to answer a few lifestyle, medical and goal questions in order to have a qualified professional review and prescribe what I needed. Everything was promptly and well shipped in time. Products are of high quality and are providing exactly what I needed for sermorelin and then eventually the glutiathone peptides. I like how the package came with everything needed so I did not need to go and purchase separate items.

I had a very disappointing experience with AgelessRx. My medication package was left outside and arrived hot. When I called customer service, they told me it would be fine without refrigeration for up to 48 hours, so I followed their advice and used it.
After taking my first dose, I had a very bad reaction and felt sick for more than a week. To make matters worse, I had been charged for two months of medication. When I contacted them about the reaction and requested a refund, they initially refused and gave me numerous excuses. After a lot of back-and-forth, they agreed to refund only $199 for one order. As of now, I have not received a refund for the second order.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious with this medication and this company’s customer service. My experience was frustrating, and the side effects I experienced left me feeling unwell for over a week.
