Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that the delivered products looked completely different from the promotional pictures shown online. Buyers stated that items arrived broken, were missing entirely, or took several months to finally show up at their doors. Some reviewers were not happy with the useless tracking information and the complete lack of responses from customer support teams. People also noted that the items received did not match promotional videos and were of poor quality compared to advertisements. Visitors advised others to be cautious when considering purchases from this business.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. Please avoid this company. Their adverts are false for their products. We tried them recently for fake ferns and they arrived flat packed in plastic wrapping and are tiny! A total rip off and nothing like the sales advert on their site!
I still have not received any response about my order placed in August. I will be contacting my bank for fraud.
Cheap, Chinese junk - totally useless projector. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
Disgusting scammers - do not purchase from this company, they mislead you in actual final product - nothing like what is shown. Garbage.
Total scam i ordered christmas foir hanging to make yourself . What arrived was total rubbish nothing like the kit tjst was advertised total scam
Ahlwoelite is a total SCAM. I purchased a so called 5D projector advertising different scenes such as ocean, dinosaurs, and other included scenes. I paid a total of $38, and received a useless product that projected just different colors, no scenes at all. Product could not be worth more that $5. They don’t stand behind their product or customer satisfaction. Unfortunately Ive been scammed!
ordered 4 advent calendars with tractor toys in, got 2D flat plastic pictures with gold thread to attach. Total scam don't waste your money. Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. Lesson learnt.
Unfortunately, this time I did not check if this shop is trustworthy and ordered a Helloween decoration "Soul Harvester" which looked impressive on photos and video. What should have been about 2m tall is a miniature version approx. 5 times smaller.
My WIFI ORDER was never delivered. No updates on tracking until I sent a inquiry. Still haven't received items. Update said delivered. Never was delivered.
I have been waiting since Aug. 9th for a Halloween Advent Calendar. Can’t get on the site and my tracking number is nonexistent. Think I got scammed. Told the volume for buying this item is big so it maybe a wait. Come on !!!!!!
If I could have put a minus I would have. Order from August still not arrived and do not reply to emails have sent two plus asked for refund completely ignored. A total scam
An order was placed in May of this year for hanging baskets, which has not been delivered. At the start of september I received an email to say it had now been shipped ! surprisingly. Since then nothing and despite numerous emails which I receive no reply to the goods are not here and I guess unlikely ever to be here. Disappointed :(
I ordered a hot air balloon bird feeder with a water bowl from the website for a total of £33 what i got was a 2d plastic hot air balloon ive tried contacting them no response. thankfully I paid through PayPal so can get my money back. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY from them.
I ordered 2 advent cat calendars on 26/8/26 via Facebook and am unable to connect to the "so called" tracking number or even to check the order or get to the website. My "bad" should have checked the reviews before I placed my order. Don't order from this company!
Did not receive product they make it very had to get info on tracking. when you do it says partialy delivered, still no products but had no problem taking the money it was two 250 anniversary trains i ordered.
Item ordered is not what I received. What i recieved is a cheap piece of junk that isn't even close to what was ordered. No response to contact. Item ordered 12 Aug 2026 Item received 14 Sep 2026
I ordered the 24 day vehicle advent calendar advertised as 24 mini farm vehicles, via Facebook. The advert and video shows kids opening the advent calendar and a different toy each day for them to play with. What arrived after one month was, a pile of two-dimensional mini plastic vehicle shaped pieces with some gold thread to be attached!! Their was no advent calendar with windows for the kids to open. £30.00 in the bin!
Since my last review I have received my item. The quality is not as good as I had hoped, which is a shame.
I have bought four items for Christmas. One arrived very few item in box. No wadding no cow…. Don’t order from this site I’m still waiting for them to reply.
Complete Scam. I ordered a miniature cat advent calendar for my wife and it never arrived. Been waiting 4 weeks for it to arrive. Don’t buy anything from ahlwoplus as you either don’t receive the order or receive an item that’s worth far less than you paid for it.
