I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a 3d advent calender featuring highland cows miniatures. What i got was no calender and 24 2d medieval cats dumped into the box. They also make it very hard to find out who they are as they use a delivery service that receives the package with label attached and no shipper details. Do not order from this scam company
sent the wrong item,and told me i recieved an item with shipping costs ,so will only refund $15 of a $60 purchase,i said i wantwhat i paid for via 2 e-mails, and i have just been completly ignored,not happy at all, I DONT RECOMEND them for anyone

I ordered the heel scratcher. I received it broken. It was broken in the package. the materials are very cheap. I asked for a refund. I sent the pictures they asked for. It showed it was broken. Then they wrote to me that want to negociate…. I have to send the order back and pay the shipping fees. Or accept that they refund only 10$. The item’s cost was 20$. Why would they need me to ship back the item. It’s broken!!!! I call that pur stealing. Don’t ever buy anything there!
I ordered a t-shirt from when I received the item the quality was very bad, size doesn’t fit and the product was extremely different from the quality picture I saw with the advertisement. I contacted the customer support for refund. They told me 10$ refund instead of sending back the item at my own expense. The item cost me 29.78 and I never received any 10$ refund. I went back and forth with them for almost a month they would always tell me the refund was verified and made to my original payment account when I check back the order details found out they updated on the system that I was charged 39.78 and 10$ partial refund was made so the updated amount is 29.78 what a big scam. People should be careful before ordering from them.
Ordered 4 of the Solar Halloween Garden Stake Light off of Facebook. 2 of the 4 where broken, the boxes were smashed in shipping. The support contact on the email came back failed. I will not be ordering anything else from them. However, I'm happy with the 2 not broken.
As said in other responses, this company are scammers, frauds, liars and unworthy of any trust. I ordered a product advertised on facebook multiple time4s for a dog comb back in June and still have not received it, nor received a refund, they have given logistic excises, been delivered excuses and so forth. Yet every time I went into Shopify to find information on eta - there was nothing. Im not impressed with Shopify either for having such vendors posting on their site. Never again, will I purchase anything shown on Facebook, Shopify or this vendor. They need to be closed down, you try to bring up their delivery site and its not even in english..lol
I ordered a cap, 06-18-2026. It came in envelope type post office bag. they had to fold the plastic both sides and back to get it to fit in bag, 07-30-2026. The cap is all messed up, the plastic is ruined. I need to ship back but have no idea HOW? IT WAS ORDERED ON 06-18-2026 & GOT IT ON 07-30-2026!
Photos do not match product. I ordered 4 arrangements that were advertised to look like full potted plants. What I received were 4 "stems". I paid $20 per, for what would cost $1 at a Dollar General. Requested refund, they offered $17 and I would have to ship product to China. I still had original packaging that showed it shipped from a warehouse in Chicago. They have a 30 day money back guarantee, but i have repeatedly contacted them and they do not respond.
Total scam artists, shipping details are not correct and when you track it the courier has no details. totally useless and avoid using them
I give it one star because zero is not an option. I ordered a product specific to a country. First, there was no tracking information provided and when they did, it would not update. Th site would say my order didn't exist. I waited more than a month for the product. Finally, I contacted them and told them I no longer wanted the item. It was too late for me to use it. Then over a month later, the item arrived. WRONG item. Way too late. When I contacted them, they offered me to return the item at my expense (overseas fees) and they would reimburse me 9.00 USD. I paid 46.00 for the item. I let them know that their offer is an insult, I settled for a larger reimbursement and I would throw the item in the trash. It is of no use to me, since it is the wrong item. Once I replied with my settlement, they stopped responding. I am not defaming them, since I have all the emails, order and product to prove my statements. I will not publish my opinion. So, buyer beware. Order from this company at your own risk. If at any time they do the right thing, I will amend my review to show they did the right thing after all. Unless this happens, I stand by my review, with plenty of documentation to prove the facts I've stated.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered glasses with a specific prescription and after a few weeks I received them. The quality is very disappointing. Since the quality was disappointing, I wanted to return them. The company's website states that you can return them for free, but when you contact them, that is not possible. They offer you a $5 discount if you keep the glasses. Now I am stuck with these glasses that I cannot use and cannot return for free. Watch out, people, if you order anything here. Regards, Mili
I ordered 4 2026 Mexican jereys for Father Day Gifts on April 12. I have received some bogus tracking mumber after 6 weeks. The package is now supposedly lost. I have yet to receive my pkg. Fathers Day is in 4 days. I paid using my Mastercard. Order # Noomoriey27929. So Dissapointed. What a scam!!!
Absolute scam! I waited one month for the beach towel that turns into a bag and I paid for two, only to get regular terrible quality single-layered towels that are small and useless! Not even cotton so I can’t use them for anything else! Avoid at all cost.
