After-sales service excellent
As I mentioned before, I had a problem with my Airbank. The after-sales service has been excellent, and they offered to send me a new one to replace the faulty unit.

I’ve been using the Airbank pump for my SUP and it works perfectly. It inflates much faster than the Lidl pump I used before. After almost a year it developed a defect, but I received a replacement within a single day. The customer service was quick, clear, and very pleasant to deal with.
Impressive customer service
Trustworthiness shows best when there is a problem to sort out. Eight months after the end of the one-year warranty, my Airbank developed a fault. The battery drained without use within a period of a few days. I posted a message at Airbankpump.com - Contact-us, explaining the issue and asking for advise. Airbank offered a replacement, which I received three days later.
