Unfortunately, neither the code nor the hotline worked at the scheduled time, so I had to find another parking garage under a great deal of stress right before my flight... I would advise anyone against using this service if they expect reliability or quality service. So far, my complaint hasn't even been answered. 0 out of 5 stars.
Great service, but not night arrival
We used the service a second time, becaus our first experience was very good. But the second time nobody did take a phonecall at 3am. Many other clients did also wait for response. 30 minutes later someone did take the call.

Reliable and Convenient Airport Parking with Room for Modernisation
Overall, Airparks is a reliable and convenient parking option that I would happily use again. However, the check-in process feels outdated and can be unnecessarily slow. Currently, drivers must stop at a reception located away from the parking garage, which adds extra time—particularly during busy periods. Introducing an online check-in system with a PIN for direct access would streamline the process and could save around 15–20 minutes. Additionally, replacing the manual dashboard paper system with digital number plate recognition would further improve efficiency and convenience. The pricing is fair, though I wouldn’t be willing to pay more. The shuttle to Terminal 1 is generally efficient, taking around 10–15 minutes, but there can occasionally be a wait of up to 20 minutes. Allowing an extra 45 minutes helps ensure a relaxed and stress-free transfer. Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks, and Airparks remains a practical, dependable, and well-organised choice—especially when terminal parking is unavailable.

Bad check-in & bad service experience: 1. wrong address of garage in Confirmation Email! Therefore time lost (garage was many kilometers away!!) 2.Airpark serice assiatmt at phone: poor in german / english language speaking, not solution oriented 3. check-in at garage (qr code) did not work, time was lost again 4. Assistant tried to come up with excuses only

Bus service not acceptable wait 1jh for full bus, pickup loxation T1 keep walking... and roundtrip to other parking facilities even if all passengers go to airparks. NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!
