I could not use the parking because of a lot of snow. I went to the airport by train, but Airparks gave me a voucher so that I can use the parking later.

We had to wait a long time (approx. 40 min) before we could park. The service was very rode and unfriendly. He try to charge us additional 10 Euro on top what we already paid, because "over length" of the normal car. he tried this with everybody. As well we witness that he charged 10€ for "airport transfer"

In general a good place to park the car, short term or long term. However: The bus departure schedule is not available online in advance. The same applies to the order in which the stops are made. The staff is friendly, but not fully informed about the processes. There is significant potential for improvement through staff training. The Vogel parking garage was presented better. Excellent service. Automated gate, barcoded ticket, car is kept securely on site, quick, clean, efficient shuttle bus, drops you in front of airport. On return, you jump on the shuttle, tuns every 20 mins and you can live track it, you collect your keys and your car everything automated. I've had a really bad experience at Stansted airport with another provider (Stansted Airport Parking Services, Meet and Greet) where my car was used for 140 miles extra, so Airparks was a breath of fresh air. Reliable and professional. 5 stars.
