Unexpectedly fast delivery, excellent PCB quality, good communication, automatic quoting and job submission process. Competitive pricing, good discounts, coupons etc. The only complaint they do not accept American Express credit card. Visa and Mastercard is OK.

My experience with AIVON has been amazing they offered my great prices compared to competitors and helped me through every step. As soon as I placed my order that connected me with someone who could answer all my questions and help me solve issues. Not only were they quick to respond to every message but they were kind and nice to talk to. This helped as it was my first time ordering and manufacturing a PCB and I will continue to order from here. The project i am building is simple as I am a beginner and wanted to explore what a PCB had to offer. I am currently making an automatic card dealer that gives players the correct amount of cards. It is a fairly simple project. Sadly due to it being my first time u messed up the design but it his does not reflect on AIVON. I will be ordering my second PCB from here
Worst PCBA service ever. Lets make 10 PCBA, and LETS replace the 8 different resistor types on the board with 1, 1M ohm. Lets also replace all caps with one value. Multiple other parts has also been replaced without, consent in short they write an email saying they will replace, but they hide the resistors and caps under different part numbers to hide they are using the same... Dont use these amatuers, i used allpcb multiple times, but since they became Aivon they do real sloppy work. in short 250 USD out the window, then taxes and shit, due to a sloppy Chinese company who are to lazy to actually get the correct componants. Sad really sad.

I was impressed about the competitive price and the quick turn around. The quality and delivery was great. I went with a massive pcb and they delivered the job very professional. Roy was very helpful during the ordering process. Will use them again.
My dad ordered a PCB from Avion - the build quality was good, and I needed a couple of PCBs built. I am staying at my parent's house because my mom is having knee replacement surgery. I am a teacher, so I have the summer off. I signed up from my dad's house. There are coupons first time user. Because I signed up from my parent's house, they denied me the coupons on my first order. It is a shame, because the quality of Dad's board was as good or better than any we have had made in the past. Update: After the response from Avion, I ordered my boards. I got the new user discount ($30.00), but the free shipping didn’t work. This was apparently due to the way the system is set up. They have offered a similar discount for a later order, which is absolutely fair. Once again, the quality of the PCBs is outstanding and the shipping speed was exceptional.

Great experience overall, just make sure to ask them to not right discount seperately on the invoice since Indian customs seems to ignore that.
they advertise 1 day build, but need nearly two, they dont ship directly they use forwarder so the express is not express it looks like it will not take as advrtised max 5 - 6 days to get it it will take more then a week never again

To keep it simple: -Your order was placed on Jan 7 (midday, Beijing time). -Manufacturing was completed and the shipment was handed over to FedEx on Jan 9. -The shipment then moved through Shanghai → Paris (CDG) and is currently in transit. -FedEx International Priority shows a scheduled delivery before Jan 13, which means the total order-to-delivery time is around 6 days. We would also like to be transparent that while most orders labeled as “1-day build” are completed within one working day, complex or queued orders may occasionally exceed 24 hours. This refers to manufacturing time only and does not include courier pickup schedules or international transit. We agree that this distinction was not clearly communicated, and we are already improving how production time and shipping time are explained on our website to avoid confusion.
