We have US warehouse that ship locally for most gel blasters, also we used UPS international express for shipping all gel blasters that take 3-5 days duration in shipping. Looks like there are misunderstanding or the order is not placed with us.

If you check your bank account, there were no deduction of any payment due it is as the order was not accepted, an automatic email has been triggered to you on 18 November that the order was not accepted. I hope you received the two emails we sent to you on 28 Dec and 24 Jan well. We have asked if you would prefer refund or let us try to find a shipping partner to Ireland. Most of the shipping partners rejected to ship the full metal gel blaster to Ireland. Only one shipping partner not rejecting it immediately, that shipping partner has not confirmed to take the shipment or not at this moment. Hi Reed Checking back the email, you mentioned “Nevermind with exchanging the gun” in the last email, therefore we thought you are fine with it and not responding back. However, if you take out the blaster (CYMA m4) now and found it’s not acceptable, why don’t you raise it to us again? As long as the blaster is bought from us, we are responsible for assisting you to get it right. From the previous video you provided, the gearbox works, gels are not very visible.There are some challenges to comment on the how it shoot. From what you mentioned, the gels are shooting fine in auto, but shattered and not feeding well when you shoots semi (even if you used another mag). The issue seems to be on the gels used or t-piece not smooth enough. To share more, sometimes when we try out the same blaster. The blaster works on the higher quality gel balls but not even feeding with the soft gel balls. Softer gel balls are easier to be shredded as well. To follow up, have you tried to use some better gel balls since we recommended last time? If the gel balls are not shooting out still, are you fine to remove the big pin next to the handguard, and slide the upper receiver out, to check the nozzle rubber still intact or not? As the gearbox is working and the gels are shooting out, it is more a feeding issue here. Would you mind we send out the t-piece and barrel (likely te part that is not smooth enough that caused the gels to shred. If it still happen after you used other better gel balls)? Exchanging the gun as you requested might not help, because we cannot guaranteed the other blaster feeds the gels you used. We are using the predictive 200fps gel balls to test the blaster before sending them out, because milky or colorful gel balls caused various issues often.
