These guys are spot on when having answers to questions. this is one of my worst experience buying anything online, delaying and lack of response, waited so long wasted my time and in the end got a refund, all i wanted to do is battle with my gel blaster but they made me battle with service, if you do not live in the Hong Kong don’t order

Good information on the website, not very responsive one the website chat, but if you join the discord, everyone is very helpful. At first I was going to get a gel blaster from gelblaster.com or something but I heard mixed reviews, I’m very happy I went with akgelblaster.

I really like your products but the only hiccup was my recent order and it coming damaged thankfully support has been responsive and helpful just waiting for a resolution to the matter and that’s been the only thing holding me back from ordering again.

This was the 2nd time I've bought a blaster from AkGelblaster. Both times the order came correct and my most recent purchase 'E&C Strike sentinel' was an express delivery which I received in just a few mere days. Excellent communication, correspondence and customer service throughout the whole process with Grace. Plus it was easy to track where my product was at all times during shipping. Great experience overall, I will happily use AkGelblaster again in the future.
I as well hate to leave a review like this but I placed my order (order #80722) on may 7th and reached out to customer service multiple times to no reply . As of today my order tracking status is still at “waiting for details” and my order has not yet shipped - hopefully I get a refund this is a SCAM WEBSITE

As your order was placed on May 7th, it was scheduled to ship by May 20th once restock was complete. We reached out on May 17th but haven’t heard back. I ordered a new blaster and accessories on the 10th March 2026. On the 13th they contacted me and told me that they would have shipping delays to Australia and offered for me to wait or get a refund. They stated it would take about a month for me to get it. I decided to wait. I have had to chase them a few times and they are VERY slow to respond (if at all). I have again contacted them and was told that my item was held up in customs (although there was no tracking or shipping information ever provided). They offered to resend or refund. I asked how long it would take on the 24th April but have had no response. I gave up and asked for a refund on the 30th of April but again have still not heard back from them. I am genuinely concerned that this is a scam site. BE CAUTIOUS!!
I ordered a 200$+ blaster for the first time and got express shipping after 3 days no order updates i reach out get told the “batch is coming in today order will be dispatched tomorrow” as in “friday” it’s Saturday now no order updates still and i haven’t been replied too since early Thursday i honestly dont know how too feel or think about this situation.
Presale all communication was great. Post sale is when the nightmare begins. Very unresponsive post sale. Turns out shipping was delayed because of Chinese New Year. Fine but you could have told me this presale. Then I ask repeatedly for a tracking number. No response. Only way to get them to respond is to threaten them with bad reviews and fraud proceedings. Then immediately they refund instead of just sending me a tracking number. Very suspicious. Smells like a scam to me. There appear to be positive review online but I am skeptical they are real.

We ship gel blasters to your location via UPS International Express typically, it only takes 3 days to arrive your doorstep once UPS dispatched. On 27 February, we noted your message in Discord and responded in 7 minutes, sensing your concern, we offered a refund to ease the situation. We acknowledge we should have communicated the holiday impact earlier. We should also have communicated in more details that the tracking email would be generated right after UPS scanned the label to ease your anxiety. Lastly, we want to assure you that all reviews are genuine. We never incentivize customers to write them, so suggesting they are fake is unfair to those who take time to share their experiences.
Edit: I just wanted to say, like an hour after posting (4 star at the time), Akgelblaster went out of their way to contact me on e-mail, thanking me for the feedback, regretting that I've had some problems, explaining why I can't get new parts but also suggesting easy, cheap, alternative DIY solutions , and sending me a tutorial video. Mind Blown! We should let these guys run their own Country!, Thanks, I'm bumping up the review to a solid 5! End edit. Returning customer, very happy with service, prices and delivery. But realize what you are buying, these well made toys for big kids and adults, not competition grade sporting equipment. But if you pay around 80-200$ for a fun toy tag your wife with, or play war with your buddies, you are going to have a blast, you wont regret it. You will get like 2 maybe 3 summers out of it before it goes clunky or breaks, but by then you have bought another one anyway. One thing, there is very little information regarding combability, replacement parts and such, that is actually a bummer because when you lost that last mag, you can't use the toy anymore. I bought a very nice pistol, metal, with slide blow back, it was like 250 USD, the battery in both mags died the first year, bought what looked like the exact same mag, didn't fit. They should really try to have a compatibility list on every pistol or rifle, it's not very helpful the other way around, what you want is a $15 replacement part for our 250 buck toy, not a $250 place to put your surplus $15 nick nacks, ever. Otherwise it's a great site, good prices, high quality deliveries.

I bought this gel blaster for my 10-year-old son for Christmas. The gun is awesome. It’s a Cyma m4 v3. Metal gears metal barrel main frame is metal. attachments like the scope and barrel mag other things are plastic and kind of junkie. I understand Al blasters don’t make it they sell it! Came with the 7.4 V battery. I threw 11.1 battery in the gun and it’s just ridiculous.
