I gave AList an impossible task, and they pulled through! I requested a very specific leather, quality, color way - and thought this will take 6 months to a year. It took only weeks. The team took me through every step and communicated effectively. When my bag was ready, I have a full on drive of pictures, not 2 or 3. I trust this team and their quality!

Hermes scarf i received was beautiful, came in with the original receipt, and the original box, it looks authentic, in a great, mint condition. The company called me for a follow up to make sure I received it. I usually don’t buy designer brand items at off sites because of authenticity but this company is reliable!!! It would have been greater if they insured the item with a signature on arrival. I highly recommend the company!!!

Shipping was extremely fast and the personal follow up and customer service was really exceptional. They even sent me a free bag insert! The prices are extremely fair as well, and I was even provided with a virtual showing of the Birkin bag I purchased in advance.
