Alicat representative Melvin provided superb service to rat proof our foundation crawlspace. Their pre-service communication was thorough and transparent. Their scheduling and follow up was very professional. The crew that did the service, led by Melvin, were friendly, respectful, and very professional. We wholeheartedly would recommend their services to family, friends, and anybody else looking for quality rat proofing services.
Alley Cat provided outstanding service from start to finish. They quickly identified the issue, completed the repair in just three days, and did impeccable work. I especially appreciate that they honored their original estimate with no hidden fees. A trustworthy and efficient company!
They cleaned up the crawl space and did a good job in sealing up entry points and even offered to take a look at the attic, I will be considering their services for insulation as well. Very progressional and thorough.
Honest. Thorough. Clear
He was fast and had decent communication.
Highly recommend! My experience with Alley Cat, especially Mario has been top notch. Mario is knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. He did a great job sealing all the entry ways and holes. One of the traps he set out caught the elusive fat rat in the garage, which Alley Cat sent someone over to remove shortly.
Needed the crawl space cover replaced and Denis was on time, built and installed it and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied!
Anibal and team from Alley Cat did a great job cleaning the crawl space under the house, in the kitchen, bathroom, and closets before closing up the openings that were used by the rats. Very professional service.
He was very prompt, very courteous and happy to check all the places I asked him to. He was everything that I would have wished for in a service tech. Excellent!
