I sent a lengthy positive review the first time you asked. The only thing negative I can say is that you seem to have lost my 5-star review. I’m not doing it all again. Sorry.

Helpful and knowledgeable
The young woman I spoke to when I first looked into getting mosaic tile was not only helpful but also pleasant and knowledgeable. She clearly knew her product and quickly arranged to send me samples. They were carefully packed and beautiful. I then ordered what I needed, and those tiles came quickly and in perfect condition.

Amazing experience with Aloft
Amazing experience with Aloft. Prompt communication, very helpful with all my questions. Shipping went very smooth. Tile was safely packaged and arrived in beautiful condition. Excellent Quality tile for sure. I would order from them again without hesitation. Plus they gave me a 5% discount. Thank you Aloft!
Thanks but no thanks!
Customer service and quick shipping of the tile sample was great. But the tile themselves looked better in the picture. The tile looked like an ink jet printer image and we won't be choosing this for our home remodel project.
Fast shipping and great customer service
Found the perfect finishing piece!
I searched high and low for the right color and finish of the pencil trim tile that I finally found on Aloft Tiles' website. I am happy with the product quality and shipping time frame.

Beautiful tiles, great customer service
Beautiful tiles! Aloft also followed up with me after I ordered a tile sample to see if they could be of any further assistance. Tiles are notoriously difficult to get right, so I appreciated that. Plus, in today's internet buying world, it's nice to know that there's a human at the other end of the exchange.
So many compliments on these tiles!
Tiles were just as described online and even more beautiful in person. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
