3% Buffer Rule has got to go
Overall I have had great experiences with alpha for over a year. They have paid out every time however the 3% buffer rule on instant accounts that they recently added is very dishonest. You cannot take out the money you earned after completing the objectives: 7 days at 0.5% and meeting the consistence rules. So hypothetically if you earn the 3.5% you can only withdraw 0.5%. I feel like this is a way to withhold people’s money and it is not a good look. Definitely considering other options with more straightforward rules

They refused my withdrawal request…
They refused my withdrawal request citing a discrepancy between my physical location and the IP address used for the trading. Although they asked me to verify my current location, they did not require me to be physically present at the location where I originally signed up with them; yet, they used this very fact as a pretext to deny my payment. Frankly, this makes no sense—after all, I am not always at home. I tried to resolve the issue with them, but to no avail, as they had no intention of settling the matter. When I mentioned that I would make this situation public, they brought up the fact that a $10,000 payout was involved. This inconsistency is absurd and raises serious concerns: if you are due a payment exceeding $10,000, you might face the same trouble I did—or encounter any number of obstacles designed to ensure failure. It is pointless to consider them a viable long-term partner.
