They are better at remembering my appointments than I am sometimes, and are great about following up with a phonecall to verify im still coming. It's rare over the years, but those few times I have been running late, they have been very accommodating, as well as friendly & informative.

The people that worked at this company are very professional, and they have a good sense of humor. Always a happy face. They are able to work around my schedule and accommodate me. They are very trusting. Also, when I went to First sign up with them, they helped me with the process. They made it so easy for me, especially since I’m older I’m not used to the computers. My husband and I are so glad to have found Alpha Hormones. We were struggling with our hormones and our general doctors just said that's normal. When we met with Julianna, she stated that although our levels are within the ranges they were in the lower end. She prescribed us some hormones and it has really helped!!

The billing system they use is always wrong, my copay is $25 and they always try to charge me $50. Now I had an appointment for Friday and they try and call me Wednesday for it, I don’t answer and they just bill my credit card for $35 without my permission or knowledge. Thankfully I get notified from my CC company.

However, given the circumstances, we’ve refunded the fee as a courtesy this time. You should see the credit reflected on your card shortly. Regarding your copay, I understand how confusing insurance billing can be. Because we function as both a specialty clinic and a primary care provider, insurance sometimes initially processes visits under the specialist tier. We’re happy to wait for the EOB and reconcile the balance according to your plan’s final determination to ensure accuracy. We are also transitioning to a new billing system to improve clarity and reduce issues like this moving forward. Since joining Alpha Hormones, my life has changed for the better. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Julianne Humason is the absolute best!
