Shorts and legging are not squat…
Shorts and legging are not squat proved. I also purchased 2 white bras, and all the bra pads (pink brownish)are see through too, shocking.

Good quality, excellent design
I’m really happy with my recent Alphalete leggings and shorts. The fit is super flattering—it makes my legs look longer and more toned, and the waistband is snug without feeling tight. The fabric is soft with just the right amount of stretch, so it’s comfortable for both workouts and everyday wear. Overall, it looks clean but slightly sexy, and it honestly makes me feel more confident when I wear it. The only downside is the care label. I prefer the kind where you can just tear it off easily, instead of this one being sewn into the fabric—you have to cut it with scissors, which is a bit annoying.

Ordered Sports Bra and two tank tops Sports Bra - Excellent. One top purchased totally ok. Other top -sewn so crooked- unwearable. Not worth time and money to return.
Fit and order experience
The shorts' fit is not my favourite. I ordered the Alphalete pump in size medium, even though I like my stomach to be covere I prefer the fit of the midrise one's because there is the right amount of fabric and the waist band is compressive. I got the high rise ones in the same size and there is alot more fabric, despite them being the same size, and the waist band is not at all compressive. I don't understand the sizing discrempencies given that they're the same short, the only differnec should be the rise. I feel like I could size down in the highrise, but given the constraints of the retrun policy for Candaian customers it is not possible. I order from them a few months ago and bought the small pump short in midrise which was too small so assumed that medium would be my size. The order experiene was not great as I ordered through the app and for some reason it placed my order through the US site when I am located in Canada. I was charged shipping and due to the exchnage rate my order cost more overall. I emailed them and they siad they could cancel my order for me so that I could re-order, i agreed that I would like them to do so. But, they did not respond to me for 3 days and my order had already shipped and so that was no longer an option. The only resolution offered was a 15% discount code for my next order, which i assume cannot be stacked with an athlete code so basically they're giving me 5% off. I was disappointed, I would have preferred that they refund me the difference, seeing as their app was faulty. Additionally, during the last day of the sale, they were offering free shipping on all orders anyway.
