Pants too small and need to return.

I got the item I ordered. Pants are too small. Emailed support last week and they haven't responded.

Absolutely robbing

Absolutely robbing, can not return order as the items were 50% over discounted. It’s disgusting. None of your clothes even fit well. £200 order. Never order from there there are better brands!

I’m in love with the cloth

I’m in love with the cloth! The color and the fit quality is seems to be excellent. Order to Ireland it took less than a week overall so very happy with that. Will see if they last as they do feel very delicate:)

My return was denied as they were…

My return was denied as they were claiming it was covered in hair. This is a totally absurd statement as I tried them on for 30 seconds (literally 30 secs) removed them and put them back in the package. So covered in hair is BS.

Have been wanting to try why brand for a while. Wish I read the reviews on the return policy and challenges. Received my pants. The front is so incredibly unflattering. Instantly it drew attention to my lower stomach. I am in the 160s and it made me look super heavy. The back was very scrunched and made it look like I had a wedgey. When I returned it in the window of time, they said it had dust on it and refused to take it back. Along with a shirt that apparently had a “stain”. When I asked for them to prove it - they sent a photo circling nothing and said I could try again. Of course with the long return shipping I’m past the 30 days. Never buy from this company if you are not 100% certain on your size and fit.

Terrible customer service, and not as flattering as I hoped

I purchased 2 pairs of pants. Pump and wide leg Amplify. The feeling is not very soft, but how the pants make your bum look is worth the not great feeling of the pants. They feel like thick pantyhose or nylons. However, the front is not as appealing (personally) I'm XL and they make it very tight in this lady area and camel toe becomes very prevalent (not my thing). Regardless, the bum is good! Another issue is that the wide leg Amplify are extremely long. Which brings me to now write this 1 star review. I paid extra for the shipping to return the pants just in case. When returning due to length, they said my return was denied due to "dust and hair." After inspecting the package when I received it back was absolutely ridiculous how little "dust and hair" was really on these $100 pants. I tried them on once, left them on the dresser and then put them back in the pack. I found maybe 4 small hairs in total. They suggested I "try again to return"...... Too much wrong for me to try again and want to purchase from this website again.

Most insane experience ever.

Most insane experience ever. I returned a pair of leggings and shorts because they didn't fit. I got an email a week or so later that said the return request was denied for "no reason provided." I followed up with them and they said it was because of lint/hair on the items. I, semi-jokingly, said that if that was the only issue, I can lint roll them and send them back again and THEY AGREED. They are literally shipping these items back to me to have me lint roll them and return them again. Such a joke.

I ordered two items but only received one

I ordered two items but only received one. After reaching out about the missing item, I was informed it was out of stock and would be refunded. Customer service may claim the refund was processed during fulfillment, but my email records reflect otherwise. I did not receive any notification about the refund until days after I reached out regarding the missing item. This lack of proactive communication is frustrating and unprofessional. I should have been notified at the time of shipment that part of my order could not be fulfilled, rather than having to follow up myself to get clarity. Better communication and transparency would have made a significant difference in this experience.

It’s been really frustrating. They changed the shorts sizing and there’s absolutely no way to return them. The customer service is terrible, and trying to speak with someone is awful.

Amazing customer service

Absolutely impressed and amazed with the customer service that this brand has. Just yesterday I received a pair of leggings (an order that I received very quickly btw!). Unfortunately the item was faulty - and as someone who has purchased multiple leggings of the same collection I know this is not the usual standard - so I reached out to the customer service team. No more than 5 mints had passed before I had a reply in my e-mail inbox from the team, offering to replace the item. I am super impressed as this can be a vulnerable situation for a customer. Huge applaud for the team at Alphalete - hope you're giving lots of love to whoever helped me with my order. He/she really deserves it. This brand will definitely have my continued support.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. My daughters bought me a pair of shorts for my birthday. I tried them on. They were too small. We tried to exchange them and they tried to say there were stains on them and so they weren't going to exchange them. They were never even worn only tried on. This company is a scam!! charge $50 for shorts that can't be exchanged because they're too small.

My order was quick to arrive and the website guidelines for sizing is very accurate! I like the quality of the jumpsuits! They’ve proven to hold up well in my Pilates classes!

I bought 3 pairs of leggings

I bought 3 pairs of leggings. I have only worn each of them 2 maybe 3 times and they are already tearing inside the thighs. Not super happy with this quality.
