Terrible materials
Terrible materials. Fit terrible would never recommend. Sent a return in 10 days ago and still not received my refund. Will go back to Paragon, much nicer materiel, fit and customer service is wayyy better.

I like the clothes and customer service interaction is always good. The return, refund or exchange process is just ridiculous. Exchange items don’t get exchanged until they reached their warehouse which by then chances are it will be sold out. Refund even to a gift card same thing. So it in any case if you want to exchange something refund refund or refund for a gift card the wedding time is 15 to 20 business days. Which is a full month. I don’t understand why it’s not being done when the shipment back is getting scanned. Like other companies do. You have my credit card information. So if something is wrong, obviously you can charge it.

I’ve received a damaged item with discoloration and snags.
I’ve received a damaged item with staining on it and was then sent a replacement that was in worse condition with both stains and snags in the material. And after I emailed again they offered a refund and then once I agreed they told me I actually I can’t be fully refunded because the item is still “wearable”. I don’t care if it is technically wearable or not if the item is in a bad condition I should receive a full refund if I want to after attempting to exchange the item initially and it still coming back in bad condition.

I had an issue with my product so when I contacted the company stating my issue and asking what can be done, they made things very easy and made sure that I was a happy customer. They resolved the issue quickly and were very quick to responding to my email to begin with. But overall, I'm really happy with the product itself. It's exactly what I've been looking for.

Clothing good. Shipping bad
The clothing is great, my girlfriend loves them, but the shipping is less than to be desired. I have ordered twice now and the first order the shipment took over a week. The second order, after waiting a week I contacted them and they said they missed the order. So after a week they finally processed my order and it was another full week until it arrived. The second package was a gift and did not arrive on time, even though I ordered it with ample time to arrive for the occasion.
The last two orders got messed up
