Do not order - without reviewing return/exchange. I cannot believe it takes 10-15 days (email says different than website. to process my exchange. It will take approximately a month to get my new item. COMPLETELY RIDICOULOUS. Had I known this, I would have never ordered from this company as the leggings are really not that special.
Customer service responded quickly. I will say the return process took quite a long time.

I returned two pairs of leggings and exchanged them for different ones, but it took a long time to receive the replacements. Unfortunately, these don’t work well for me either. Now I’m unsure whether to try another exchange or just return them, since the process takes so long.
Very bad. You ran out of half of my order and shipped me the remaining half without asking me if I wanted the partial order. And I didn’t. You also didn’t reimburse me for the missing item until I reported that. And now are refusing the refund for the one item I received not until I return it, even though I didn’t need the partial order, like I said Check in with customer if you run out of inventory before you ship it
Everything was great and shipped proptly. The one item that was out of stock was immediately refunded to me without me even reaching out! Love my new gym sets!

Not a happy customer at all, I ordered an item for my daughter, paid the extra money for returns, low and behold the item did not fit at all, and when I tried to do the the return, it says my order cannot be found. I tried reaching out via the customer service link provided for assistance, only to have it say "sorry the site cannot be reached". There products are pricey, not worth the price for the quality, and the size guide is way off. Not to mention very, very poor customer service, as it does not exist!
Absolutely the worst return/exchange company to deal with. Paid extra for the exchange policy as I wanted to make sure of the sizes. When the item was received, sure enough it was too small. The company refused to exchange my item for a larger size even when I paid extra for this service. Was the first and last time ordering from here. I should have paid more attention to these reviews.
